The Placement Exchange: Seattle '09, a joint venture of ACUHO-I, ASJA, NACA, NASPA, and NODA, is dedicated to making job placement a rewarding and low-stress experience for all involved. Support from these five associations will increase the number and diversity of positions listed at The Placement Exchange.
The job placement process is one of the most anticipated and important events of the year. It is where new professionals take their first step into the energizing and rewarding world of student affairs. It is where colleges and universities decide whom to add to their staffs as they shape their campus' professional culture.
The Placement Exchange: Seattle '09 will take place just prior to the NASPA Annual Conference, March 5-8, 2009. Registration fees are separate for Seattle '09 and the NASPA Annual Conference. Candidates and employees per posted position attending both Seattle '09 and the Annual Conference will receive a reduced registration fee for the NASPA Annual Conference.
At Seattle '09, you will enjoy:
- A larger, more comfortable interview setting.
- The latest in technology for job placement, quickly connecting thousands of employers and employees.
- Educational sessions to help individuals manage careers as well as the placement process.
- Friendly and knowledgeable staff that will guide you along the process.
- The ability for employers to upgrade the interview space with more room, as well as amenities such as shipping and decorations.
