We are committed to making the placement experience the most positive and premier placement process for you and your institution!

At our 2010 event, interviews will be conducted at the McCormick Place Chicago which is conveniently located in Chicago. The planning committee will be providing you with top notch customer service and expertise. Participants of the past two placement exchanges speak to the quality and value of TPE. At TPE: Chicago '10, we will be offering a few new services:

• StrenghtsQuest™ assessments for candidates and employers registered by the early-bird deadline.
• TPE 365—an educational webinar series providing guidance to candidates before the live event in Chicago.

However, for those of you new to the event, here are the standards that TPE has set to offer you the the Premiere Placement Experience:

• Unlimited employer interview team at no additional registration cost.
• The latest technology prior and at the conference to manage the search process;
• Larger over all space for interview halls and candidate areas;
• Separate work rooms for candidates and employerswith computer terminals, printers, and laptop ports;
• Free Wireless Connection in workrooms and interview halls;
• TPE Coaches onsite to offer interview tips and resume review;
• Educational sessions to help individuals manage careers as well as the placement process, including an informative pre-conference orientation.
• Carpeted floors inside the Interview Halls.

• Platinum Level Search Services for senior-level positions.

Lastly, the Placement Exchange, in conjunction with the McCormick Place Chicago, will be taking considerable efforts towards issues of sustainability and the green initiative. In an effort to reduce the amount of paper used during The Placement Exchange, we are asking employers and candidates to consider refraining from sending hard copy thank you notes.
