We are seeking volunteers to assist in our Pre-TPE Onsite Consultation Program. The purpose of this program is to assist employers, new to TPE Onsite, with their acclimation to the process. Participants will be linked with a veteran TPE Onsite employer (consultant) who will serve as a resource prior to arriving on-site in Indianapolis. The consultant will work with the new employer, 1-on-1, to assist in areas such as:
- Choosing the best qualified search team
- Providing tips for navigating the candidate search and identifying qualified applicants
- Maximizing ones time before and after TPE
- Efficiently reviewing candidate resumes/cover letters
- And more!
