Position Description

  • Director for Student Diversity, Inclusion and Compliance
    • Provide leadership and oversight in developing institutional programs that promote a culture of diversity and inclusion. Create supportive campus climate for underrepresented students and more inclusive student experience. Responsible for sharing and advancing diversity and inclusion initiatives in support of the college's values, goals, and priorities with an emphasis on promoting retention and degree attainment.
    • Preform investigations and adjudicate student cases alleging sexual misconduct, domestic violence, stalking, and harassment, as well as some individual student misconduct. Actively participate in outreach activities, programming, and staff/student training. Provides operational and programmatic support for students engaged in the college conduct process related to Title IX concerns.
  • Director for Residence Life
    • The Director of Residence Life reports to the Dean of Students and provides overall direction and supervision for the housing and residence life program, serves as the coordinator of student judicial affairs for the College and assists with the development, implementation, and oversight of student services programs and services.
  • Assistant Director - Residence Life
    • The Hall Supervisor provides leadership in several major functions of the Residence Life department in a dynamic team atmosphere. The AD for Hall Supervision administer  the comprehensive living-learning environment for residence halls housing students and serve as the primary professional staff available in the the residence halls for student contact. Hall supervisors are responsible for facilitating community development that enhances academic success and personal growth and are required to live in an on-campus residence hall apartment or equivalent. The hall supervisory is also responsible for implementing programming in the halls to stimulate student growth and development and serve as judicial officers for the College. The hall supervisor oversees the day-to-day operations of the residence hall environment in conjunction with other department staff and serves as an emergency responder in an on-call rotation. 
  • Educational Support and Disability Services Coordinator
    • Coordinates services to ensure students with documented disabilities are provided educational and programmatic support as we as physical access to all programs mandated by Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and amendments to the ADA. Provides academic advising to prospective and current students with disabilities.
