Position Description

The Lebanon Valley College Office of Residential Life seeks an associate director of residential life. The associate director of residential life is a full-time, 12-month, live-in professional, who provides oversight and leadership to multiple aspects of the residential life department.  The associate director oversees approximately 450--850 students in residential facilities, supervises and advises 20-25 student staff, provides oversight of the resident assistant recruitment and selection process, supports the residential programming model, and participates in departmental assessment. Qualifications include a master’s degree in Student Personnel, Counseling, or a related field and a minimum of two years of live-in experience in residential life is required, prior student conduct experience is preferred, the ability to prioritize tasks, and the ability to work extended and varied hours including evenings, weekends and some holidays.
