Position Description

Purpose

To develop and deliver a dynamic career and internship resource program that responds to job market trends and the evolving employment needs of students and alumni. Coach students on career planning and job search strategies. Create relationships with recruiters to raise awareness and positively impact placement rates.

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications

Master’s degree in education, counseling or a related field, or Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of relevant experience. At least 4 years Professional career services or human resources role performing a variety of corporate recruiting or career placement activities.

Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.

Preferred Qualifications

More than the required experience. Experience working at the University of Texas or in a university environment.
