Position Description

Reporting to the Associate VP for Student Affairs and Dean of Students, the Director serves as a member of the Union Leadership Team and provides oversight of all facilities in the MTSU Student Union, Keathley University Center (KUC), and the James Union Building (JUB).


Job Requirements

Master's degree in student affairs administration, higher education, business administration, or a related field required.  Five years directly related work experience in student union administration and/or programming and/or general student affairs experience or related hospitality/service industry experience requiring staff supervision, facility management, and development of education programs required.
