Position Description

This position will oversee and create dynamic leadership development opportunities for students across OSU. Furthermore, the position will collaborate with a team of Center for Ethical Leadership employees to create systems of leadership development that serves OSU's diverse student populations. 
- Grow and develop the leadership programming from the Center for Ethical Leadership. 
- Lead the Leadership Development Series seminars. 
- Supervise NSLS student organization. 
- Maintain and develop the Chinese Leadership Program partnership. 
- Lead OSU LEADS Living Learning Program. 
- Work with the Assistant Director, Center for Ethical Leadership to plan community-building experiences for students after their 1st year of PLC. 
- Lead the Devon Ingenuity Leadership Program


Job Requirements

Position Qualifications:

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Leadership, Higher Education, Student Affairs, Communications, or related field.

At least one year of experience working with student leaders.

Expertise in public speaking 
Expertise in small group facilitation

Preferred:

Master's degree. Experience developing student leaders preferred.
