Position Summary
The Program Director for Science and Health Living and Learning Center supports the mission of Baylor University by fostering the holistic development of science and health students living in the Living and Learning Center. Working closely with the Office of Prehealth Studies and other Baylor science and health departments, the director will facilitate academic partnerships, develop strategies for initiatives, and launch programs in the LLC. Responsibilities will include:

  • Recruiting students
  • Coordinating the application process
  • Implementing ongoing curricular and co-curricular activities and events
  • Creating and strategizing new curricular and co-curricular activities and events


Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree, three years of relevant work experience and a Christian faith is required. A Master's degree in Student Affairs or a STEM related field and four years of relevant work experience are preferred.
