Position Description

The Residence Coordinator is a full-time, live-in professional staff member responsible for the administration and management of an engaging, community-oriented environment housing a diverse population of 300-700 students. Specific responsibilities may include: supervision, selection, training, and evaluation of a graduate assistant and undergraduate student staff; providing leadership for developmental programming; advising student groups; coordinating residential aspect of living-learning communities; serving as a conduct officer; working collaboratively with assignments and facilities staff, and coordinating projects for the residence hall system such as staff selection, staff training, large event planning or publications. 


Job Requirements

This position requires successful completion of a criminal history background check. This is a FLSA exempt position.

A Master's degree in Higher Education Administration, Student Personnel, Counseling, or related field and full-time or graduate residence life experience.
