Residence Hall Director

Successful candidates will have the skills to develop strong residential communities; build relationships with individual students; facilitate dialogue about identity and differences; provide support and referral to students; create intentional experiences and initiatives for residential students; coordinate learning communities and creative academic initiatives; collaborate with faculty and academic partners; shape student leaders through advising; engage in educational conduct conversations; coach and supervise Resident Advisors; mentor graduate students; manage crisis and facilities concerns and are administratively skilled.

Job Requirements

Requirements: Master’s degree in College Student Personnel, Higher Education, Counseling or related fields (must be earned by June 25, 2018); full time or graduate residence life work experience.  Requires successful completion of background check(s).
