Position Description

The Residential Advocacy and Conduct Coordinator (RACC) is an interdisciplinary role that works to provide support toward students. The position provides internal communication, documentation, and interventions toward students in crisis and/or in the conduct process. The RACC functionally supervises and oversees the residential hearing officers’ case management, crisis management, well-being follow up reports, and serves in the senior level on-call rotation for a residential population of 14,000 students; while performing their work in a student-centered manner that promotes excellence in learning, innovation, and collaboration.


Job Requirements

Required:

Master’s degree in higher education, counseling, student affairs

One year's experience in conduct, student advocacy, or student support at a collegiate level
Strong communication, interpersonal and intercultural relations, teamwork and decision making skills
Conflict mediation, crisis, Title IX, Clery and ADA compliance requirements as related to residential life

Preferred:

Two – four years’ experience in conduct, student advocacy, or student support in residential life
