Position Summary
The Senior Coordinator for Student Staff Recruitment, Training & Advising supports the mission by leading several large recruitment and training committees and advising two key student organizations. They will also assist in planning a second year experience model. The successful candidate for this position will be able to:

  • Advise student groups
  • Lead a large hiring process
  • Provide training workshops
  • Manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously


Qualifications
A Master's degree, one year of relevant work experience and a Christian faith is required. A Master's degree and two years of relevant work experience are preferred.
