Senior Coordinator of Spirit and Traditions

Position Overview
Baylor University is seeking a dynamic leader for the position of Senior Coordinator of Spirit and Traditions. The Senior Coordinator of Spirit and Traditions assists with the development of spirit and traditions programming while serving as a liaison from the Department of Student Activities to the Baylor Athletic Department. Additionally, the position will serve the Division of Student Life by connecting the Departments within the Division to the various opportunities for engagement in the spirit and traditions of the University and will assist with the implementation of major university traditions coordinated through the Department of Student Activities.

Qualifications
A Master's Degree in higher education, student affairs, other related field, and one year of relevant work experience is required. 3 years of relevant work experience is preferred.
