With a background that spans community colleges and four-year institutions, Dr. Erin Vaughn Jones has held roles in residence life, student conduct, orientation, Dean of Students, program development, and grant writing. She recently transitioned to an inaugural position at an academic health system, where she serves as an Ombudsperson. In this role, she leverages her expertise and dedication to assist students, residents, staff, and faculty. Dr. Jones will share insights into her work as an ombudsperson, discussing how she navigates complex situations with impartiality, facilitates solutions, and promotes equitable outcomes for all.
