TPE Volunteer Opportunities

Help Make The Placement Exchange a great experience for all!

The Placement Exchange (TPE) is the preeminent organization for student affairs and higher education job search. NASPA and ACUHO-I jointly sponsor TPE through a common interest in coordinating career services and resources for the profession. With online resources, signature programs, networking opportunities, and our annual event, TPE is dedicated to helping candidates find the “perfect” job and employers find the “perfect” hire. TPE is more than a placement event; we are committed to career development, personal and professional exploration, and collaboration one connection at a time. Founded in 2008, the strength of TPE comes from the combined support and resources of its partner associations and the love and hard work of our volunteers!  While volunteer work is critical to keeping our profession alive, we continue to work to shift the narrative to focus on to people instead of an abstract industry. So, if you have some time outside of caring for yourself and others personally, we are asking you to extend love to fellow and future colleagues of the profession by signing up to be a TPE volunteer. - Nick Bates (2022 TPE Planning Committee Member)
